If you’re looking for something very light, satisfying, look no further than this – it’s so good it almost has a halo. This is one of our favourite kids' food recipes, an integral part of our Food For Kids series.
Serves: 4 as a starter or snack.
Preparation time: approximately 10 minutes.

Directions
Peel and finely dice the onion. Finely dice the chives.
Mix the cottage cheese, onions and chives together in a mixing bowl.
Wash and drain the lettuce leaves and arrange on a serving plate.
Wash and trim radishes and add to plate.
Add the cottage cheese mixture to the centre of the serving plate and chill until serving time.
